Efraim Asa Nainggolan is our founder and managing partner. He is experienced in assisting both national and international clients in a range of commercial transactions. His practice does not only focus on general corporate matters, foreign direct investments, merger and acquisitions, property and real estates but also aims to provide advice to clients on how to minimize potential risks related to litigation cases, bankruptcy as well as suspension of debt payment obligations.

Previously Efraim was a lawyer at two Indonesia’s top tier law firms, i.e., Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung and Hadiputranto Hadinoto & Partners and also a Commissioner at a Non-Bank Financial Services Institution supervised under the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan). He has also worked closely as In-House Counsel with Asia Green Real Estate an asset management company specialized in sustainable residential and office investments in Jakarta.

He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Kristen Indonesia. He was granted with Tilburg University Scholarship Program in 2012 and obtained his Master of Laws degree from Tilburg University, the Netherlands.

Efraim is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and holds Indonesian Bar License to practice before the Indonesian courts. He is also a member of the Indonesian Association for Receiver and Administrator in Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (IKAPI).
